MedBioinformatics Solutions will be joining BioJapan 2026, Asia’s premier bio-industry partnering event and the world’s longest-running biotechnology exhibition, held alongside Regenerative Medicine JAPAN and healthTECH JAPAN.
We’ve been selected to participate in the Spain Pavilion, organized by ICEX, and will also be present at the Molsis Inc. booth (B-91), our exclusive distributor in Japan, showcasing MedBio’s product portfolio to the Japanese market, including DISGENET and our newest tools, IARA and TransSEND.
The event brings together over 18,000 attendees across exhibition, seminar, and partnering tracks, connecting pharmaceutical companies, biotech startups, research institutes, and investors from across the region.

IARA
A next-generation in silico New Approach Methodology that combines AI with a comprehensive human biomedical knowledge graph to predict liver, cardiac, and nervous system toxicity, with mechanistic interpretability built in. IARA helps identify safety risks earlier, prioritize compounds, and reduce reliance on animal studies.
TransSEND
An AI-assisted platform that transforms heterogeneous preclinical data — PDFs, spreadsheets, reports — into consistent, traceable, SEND-compliant datasets. TransSEND combines automated extraction and harmonization with expert validation, unlocking legacy studies and accelerating regulatory-ready data curation.
